· If you wish to stay just one night, during high season, check availability.
· If you need a special menu during your stay (vegetarians, food allergies and intolerances, etc.) or because you want to celebrate a birthday, a family gathering, etc. in a special way, contact us by phone or through contact form.
· The stay does not include the lunch and dinner service.
· The published price includes all taxes applicable to the accommodation, except for the tourist tax imposed by the Generalitat de Catalunya, which is €0.7 per person over 16 years old and per day. This fee will have to be paid additionally at the time of arrival depending on the number of people you are.

Booking Conditions

· To formalize the reservation you must pay a payment and sign of the 50% of the total amount of the stay.
· The corresponding tourist tax of €0.70 per person over 16 years and night will be applied to the invoice. Not included in the price.
· These prices include bed and breakfast for all occupants of the room, per night.
· The accommodation will be delivered equipped with all kitchen utensils, bed linen, bath towels and soap for personal hygiene.
· These prices include VAT.
· Children under the age of one can stay for free (the house has a travel cot, if needed).
· Reception hours: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (for arrivals outside these hours, notify us by phone). Departure time: 12.00h.
· Can Parés Rural does not offer full board.
· Regarding the rental of the entire house, from 2 nights a deposit of 150 euros must be left, which will be returned in the event that there is no damage to the house (furniture, kitchen utensils and appliances, household linen...)
· The number of occupants of the accommodation may not exceed the number of places specified in each reservation. The entry of third parties invited by customers or occupants of the accommodation is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

· In case of cancellation of the reservation, in case of not showing up on the indicated day or of leaving before the scheduled departure day, the farmhouse will keep the deposit as its own for damages.
· When the cancellation of the reservation occurs 15 days before the date of entry, Can Parés will return all the money to the customer.
